1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange | Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns are strictly limited to the following condition:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- Proof Requirement: To initiate a return, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package's original seal being broken and a thorough inspection of the damage.
- Timeline: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you have received a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@al-lail-libaas.com with your Order ID.
- Attach the mandatory unboxing video as proof of damage.
- Our quality control team will review the footage and respond within 48 hours.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected at our warehouse:
- Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refund Mode: The amount will be credited back within 7 days to your original payment mode (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet).
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated email once the refund has been initiated from our end.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns are not accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection (unless a different size than ordered was shipped).
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Items showing signs of wear or washing.
